It's been awhile, hasn't it? I haven't posted in forever and a day - and I have photos of more xstitch, chilling on my camera - I really need to get on this! However, the job has been quite the task master these past months and the heat has not been conducive for stitching (no AC).
Mom finished her Kirby and Friends, and I have yet to snap a photo of it.
I'll be posting hers and mine separately and together to really showcase the differences between 14 ct and 18 ct - we actually managed to stitch on the same colored aida cloth so I'll really be able to compare and contrast.
I have some vacation time beginning next week, which means free time to relax and to submit some xstitch here.
Kong Skull Island came out this week, which means I finally get to see it! I missed out on watching the movie on the BIG screen, but I waited it out and now I can view it on the mini-BIG screen in the living room. I'm rewatching
Godzilla as I type this before starting Kong because that's just how I roll.
I, of course, have been finding some more stitching material (i.e. more games, movies, and tv shows to search through for xstitch images) to add to my ever growing list of possible stitching projects. It never really ends!
But that's half the fun (the other half is actually finishing the piece)!
I am desperate to find stitching images from
Little Nightmares - I love that game! Creepy and cute, mysterious and disturbing! Six is more than I imagined!
