I'm almost done with my 18 ct Kirby journey... I've been rocking the two strands, but I realized that the needle that I was using was a bit of a tight squeeze. I've kept working with the current needle size (the size my mom started with and the size I continued using), but when it comes to my upcoming 22 ct projects - I'll just use my new 28 size needles.
In other news, I finally acquired the stats for my friend's newest addition to the family - so the birth record for her second lil' girl is patterned and stitched. Super excited about framing it - purchasing some scrapbook paper for the borders this week or next. I'm hoping to have it ironed and framed for my upcoming vacation time - I plan on visiting her for a day, dropping off the birth record and finally seeing her house!
I printed a pattern the other day - a Wonder Woman silhouette. I really want to start stitching it in preparation for the upcoming movie. I'm super excited for the film - more excited for it than I am for Justice League. But starting another project (on top of the 22 ct projects I have in mind) got me thinking - I still haven't finished my GoMK xstitch or my Epic Pokemon (generation one) project. I'm nearly at the half way point on the GoMK project, but I am extremely behind when it comes to progress on the Epic Pokemon one.
So, do I keep stitching smaller projects or head back to the epicness of either larger projects that I've been stitching over a longer period of time? Either way - I'm going to keep stitching because I love it!
